Document Review & Strategy

I provide a checklist of required documents. After reviewing them, I create a personalized mortgage strategy with lender options, rate choices, and a clear timeline. This step typically takes 2–5 business days.

Lender Match Approval

I submit your application to the best-fit lenders and manage the underwriting process while keeping you updated. Pre-approvals usually take 24–72 hours, with final approvals in about 5–10 business days once a property is selected.

Close & Beyond

I coordinate with your lawyer, real estate agent, and lender to ensure a smooth closing. You’ll review final numbers, sign documents with your lawyer, and I remain available for future questions, renewals, and mortgage needs.
