Ever since I was a student myself, explaining physics problems to my classmates and finding joy in making abstract ideas click, I knew that teaching was more than just a job for me; it was a calling. Over the past 20+ years, I’ve dedicated my career to helping students not only learn, but truly understand and grow, particularly in science and mathematics.
Throughout my career as a Science Educator, I’ve specialized in building classroom environments where curiosity, confidence, and critical thinking can thrive. I’ve taught middle and high school students across a range of STEM subjects, with a strong focus on physics and math.
I’ve also served in curriculum leadership roles, coached fellow educators, and guided students with differentiated instruction tailored to individual learning needs.
But recently, I’ve felt called to evolve once again: this time into the world of coaching. I’m currently a Coach in Training (CIT) with ILC Academy Worldwide, pursuing dual certification in both Life & Leadership Coaching and Master Life Coaching.
This next chapter in my career is deeply aligned with what’s always driven me: the desire to empower others, help them grow, and unlock the potential they may not even realize they have.
My background in education has laid an invaluable foundation for this new path. As a teacher, I’ve learned to listen closely, ask meaningful questions, guide transformation, and support both the emotional and intellectual journeys of those I serve, which are all qualities that now inform my approach as an emerging coach.

My personal life mirrors the values I bring to my coaching work—growth, reflection, curiosity, and service. Whether I’m hiking in nature, reading, discovering live music, or supporting STEM education, these passions shape how I show up for my clients: with presence, purpose, and heart.

I love helping others become the best version of themselves, whether that’s a student learning Newton’s Laws or a client working through self-limiting beliefs. The thread that connects it all is growth. My move into coaching stems from this same energy: to uplift, to listen, to guide, and to do so with clarity, compassion, and purpose.

Nature is my favorite instructor. Hiking and biking help me recharge, restoring that sense of wonder and sharpening my perspective. I also enjoy reading (especially science writing and personal development), attending live music, and volunteering at local STEM outreach events. Creative expression, community, and service all play important roles in my personal and professional life.
